WEC Sponsorship

If your event is open to and appropriate for the entire Westgate community, you can ask the Westgate Executive Committee (WEC) if they are interested in sponsoring the activity. Benefits of WEC sponsorship include a waived reservation fee and advertising on the Westgate Activities e-mail list. If you are interested, contact the Westgate officers at westgate-officers@mit.edu. If your request is approved, you will be supplied with a password that you can use on the main reservation form to designate your event as WEC-sponsored.
